We use enquiry information to prepare and manage transport quotations, communicate about your journey, meet legal obligations and protect the security of our services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and rights
Information is retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, booking, accounting or legal requirements. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@royalbusride.com.
Service providers and borders
Where necessary, booking details may be shared with drivers, transport partners, payment and communication providers solely to deliver the requested journey, including cross-border travel.
