Quotes and bookings
Website enquiries are not confirmed bookings. A journey is confirmed only after written acceptance of the final itinerary, price, payment schedule and cancellation terms.
Journey details
The customer is responsible for providing accurate passenger, luggage, accessibility, pickup, border and timing information. Material changes may affect vehicle availability and price.
International travel
Passengers must carry valid passports, visas and other required documents. Border delays and official restrictions are outside the operator’s control, but reasonable assistance will be provided.
Vehicle and itinerary changes
A comparable or higher-capacity vehicle may be substituted where operationally necessary. Routes may be adjusted for traffic, weather, safety, road restrictions or legal driving-time requirements.
